The Lawn Folks provides lawn care and landscaping services including but not limited to lawn mowing, landscaping, brush removal, flower bed maintenance, and lawn spring resets in the Salado, TX area and surrounding Central Texas communities.
All quotes are estimates based on information provided. Final pricing may vary based on actual lawn size, condition, and accessibility. We reserve the right to adjust pricing after on-site assessment.
For subscription services, monthly rates are based on lawn size and service frequency. Subscriptions may be canceled with 7 days notice before the next billing cycle.
We make every effort to maintain consistent scheduling. However, service days may be adjusted due to weather conditions, equipment maintenance, or holidays. We will notify you of any significant schedule changes.
You agree to provide clear access to all service areas. Please ensure gates are unlocked and pets are secured on service days. We are not responsible for damage caused by obstacles not visible or disclosed prior to service.
Payment is due upon completion of service for one-time jobs. Subscription customers are billed monthly. We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.
We are fully insured for general liability. We are not responsible for pre-existing lawn conditions, damage from extreme weather, or issues arising from factors outside our control.
